• Scope of Grounds Maintenance: Includes both FAM Camp and the entire Hanscom base. Trimming is included with mowing, and pruning is as needed. Mulching and planting are out of scope.
• Snow Removal: Hauling snow offsite is not required. Snow stockpile areas will be identified by the government. Contractors must work around obstacles for snow removal.
• Equipment Staging/Storage: An area is available for staging equipment and materials, but it is not enclosed or heated.
• Deliverables: The contractor provides ice melt containers and scoops/shovels; the government provides placement locations for containers.
• Invoicing: Invoicing will be through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) in equal monthly payments.
• Site Visits: No organized site visit will be conducted; offerors should prepare quotes based on provided documents.
• Bonding: No bonding requirements are necessary for this service contract.
• Maps/Acreage: Maps and acreage information will be provided at the time of award.
• Grounds Maintenance Frequency: Mowing is weekly, leaf cleanup is 3 times in the fall, and fertilizer applications are 3 times per year.

Wage Determination
