This is a solicitation for the Fencing IDIQ 2025-2031 designed to support HAFB, LM and UTTR. This solicitation is 100% small business set aside. The Government intends to award one (1) contract to one Awardee as a result from this solicitation based on lowest price technically acceptable. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to accomplish individual fencing task orders at Hill Air Force Base (HAFB), Little Mountain and Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR) which are issued during the ordering period of this base contract in accordance with the Statement of Work dated 24 July 2025 and all attached specifications. The Contractor shall submit all pricing on the attached Final Supplemental Schedule B. The contractor shall not alter the formulas or content on the worksheets and shall populate only the blue shaded cells. The contractor shall input prices for all categories and years identified in the pricing worksheet. A no bid or an omitted category price field may result in an incomplete price submission. The proposed prices are Firm Fixed Price and will be contractually binding rates for all categories and years. The contractor shall take into account the most recent revision of the applicable Department of Labor Wage Determination pertaining to each specific county. The contract will have a five year and 6-month ordering/option. Period of performance dates for each project will be specified in each task order. The contractor shall also submit a proposal for the seed project after taking account B100 Bay C SOW and shall submit pricing in the attached Schedule C for B100 Bay C.**Notice: During this proposal response timeframe Aaron Parr will be on leave with change of life event (newborn child) and will be working part-time basis.
