Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide all materials, parts, travel, tools, training, and labor necessary to install Haimer Power Clamps and a Tool Dynamic Preset for the Commodities Maintenance Group (CMXG) at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia.

• Tool Dynamic Preset Microset: Includes a TD Preset Microset, calibration masters, spindle adapters, calibration tools, a tool scale, calibrating tubes, and printer software.

• Power Clamps: Includes HAIMER Power Clamp Premium i4.0 units, retrofit kits, chuck supports for various HSK and SK sizes, an adapter for HSK-F80 Makino Preset, an unshrinking device, and a "Quality Wins Maintenance pkg." which covers travel, hotel, training, functionality checks, and spare parts.

• Installation: Contractor will provide all necessary tools, labor, and accessories for installation.

• Calibration Certificate: A certificate for installed equipment is required within three working days of calibration completion.
