• Unloading is the sole responsibility of the delivery carrier.

• This is a Firm-Fixed Price contract.

• Offerors must submit a completed SF-18 (and any Amendments) and a completed Bid Schedule.

• A Technical Submission demonstrating authorized distributor or authorized dealer status is required.

• Offeror's Unique Entity ID (UEI) assigned by SAM.gov and a valid email address must be included in the Bid Schedule.

• The basis for award is Best Value Trade-Off, considering price and lead time.

• This requirement is set aside 100% for Small Business.

• All responsible small business sources may submit a quote.

• Prospective offerors must have an Active SAM Registration with no exclusions at the time of quote submission and at time of award.

• If subcontractors will perform any portion of this requirement, the prime contractor must provide subcontractor information upon request (company name, supervisor name, contact information, valid email address, and telephone number).
