Delivery & Logistics

Deliveries are F.O.B. Destination to FDC SeaTac, WA (2425 South 200th Street, SeaTac, WA 98198). Deliveries must occur Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM PST, with no deliveries on weekends or holidays. All orders are "Fill-or-Kill." Goods must be palletized, and drivers are required to assist with unloading as there is no loading dock. Strict compliance with BOP Menu Specifications is mandatory, and items failing inspection will be refused. Certified religious diet items must be marked with a Kosher Symbol. Perishable foods require specific temperature ranges (34-40°F), canned goods above 34°F, and frozen foods at 0°F or below. Products showing signs of prior thawing will be refused. Receipt may be conditional for up to three days for examination, and unacceptable items must be picked up by the vendor within two weeks.
