• BPA Call Limit: Individual calls will not exceed $250,000.00.

• Period of Performance: To be identified at the time of call.

• RFQs will be posted on the applicable procurement site.

• Vendors have one (1) business day (or alternate time if specified in RFQ) to submit offers.

• Award will be made to the lowest priced offer received, unless otherwise stated in the RFQ.

• Registration in SAM and a valid CAGE Code are required.

• Vendors must be eligible to receive Export Controlled drawings if applicable, requiring a valid DD Form 2345.

• Payment will be made via P-Card or Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
