Submission & Evaluation
Quotations must be submitted via email to the Buyer/Contracts Specialist. Submissions must include the signed Quotation Pricing Sheet (Enclosure C). If your company is fully registered in SAM.gov, Enclosure B (AMS Form 050 Reps and Certs) is not required. Foreign vendors not registered in SAM must complete Enclosure B. Enclosures D (Vendor ACH Authorization), E (W-9), and F (W-8) will only be required from the successful offeror.
Award will be made to the responsive and responsible offeror submitting the lowest total price that meets all technical requirements. Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and have a Unique Entity ID (UEI), unless they are foreign vendors.
