General & Security Requirements
- Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday, 0730 to 1500, excluding Federal Holidays, base down days, or inclement weather closures.
- Base Access: Contractor personnel must obtain appropriate base access cards. A Common Access Card (CAC) is required for Air Force computer/network access. Valid State or Government picture identification is required for base access, with additional documentation needed for non-REAL ID Act compliant states. Vehicle access requires a valid driver's license, current registration, and insurance.
- Identification: Contractor personnel must identify appropriately per DFARS 211.106.
- Security: Safeguarding government property, compliance with base traffic regulations, subject to random personnel and vehicle searches, prohibition of weapons/firearms/ammunition, reporting of security threats, and adherence to cell phone usage directives. All local access credentials must be returned upon contract completion or employee departure.
