Submission Requirements
Interested prime contractors must submit a written notice of intent, not exceeding five typewritten pages, via email as specified in the notice. The subject line must be "Sources Sought, WA ANG Fairchild AFB Fire Suppression". The submission must include:
- A positive statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor.
- A completed and signed Source Sought Information Request Form (A-2 Sources Sought Response Form.pdf). This form collects company information (CAGE, DUNS), socio-economic status, SAM registration confirmation, and bonding capability.
