Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of a Class 1, 0.034 MGD extended aeration wastewater treatment facility at the Hardin Ridge Recreation Area. Key tasks include:
- Operating and maintaining the plant from April 1st to October 31st annually, ensuring compliance with IDEM permit #IN 0024953.
- Conducting weekly inspections of 10 lift stations.
- Submitting Monthly Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs) to IDEM.
- Performing all associated testing, record-keeping, and system control.
- Furnishing all personnel, labor, equipment, materials, chemicals, tools, supplies, supervision, and management.
- Collecting and testing beach coliform samples weekly during peak season.
