DLA Land Aberdeen anticipates issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about 11/22/2018 for 165 NSNs listed in the attachment to support Warfighter Information Network-Tactical (WIN-T) Increment 1. The acquisition will include supply of new and remanufactured parts for the NSN listed. DLA Land Aberdeen anticipates releasing a solicitation that will allow a CLIN-by-CLIN award.

The proposed contract type is Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Five (5) Year, Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ).

The NAICS code is 334290

This RFP is expected to be issued unrestricted.

Approved Sources and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) are listed on the attachment. The Government does not own and cannot obtain the Technical Data Package (TDP) for these NSNs.

Because this acquisition will be using limited source authority at FAR 6.302-1, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered.

Offerors need to have a current profile at the System for Award Management (SAM), https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/#1 in order to submit proposals.

Please do not wait until the last minute to submit your proposals. To avoid potential submission of a late proposal, we recommend the transmission of your proposal file 24 hours prior to the required proposal due date and time.
