• Installation of two (2) residential air conditioning condenser units.

• Work must be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (Attachment 2).

• Plans and Drawings are provided in Attachment 4.

• Anticipated contract award type: Firm Fixed Price.

• The Government intends to make one award.

• Offers must be held firm for 90 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers.

• Questions are due by 1500 MST on 2/20/2026.

• Quotes must be submitted by 2/24/2026.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This project involves the installation of two (2) residential air conditioning condenser units at two (2) Forest Service-owned residences in Harlowton, MT. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, materials, tools, and labor to install fully operational air conditioning systems for the existing furnaces at each residence.
