Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To install a section of perimeter fence and a new double gate on Harris Road at Little Rock AFB, AR 72099, to re-establish the original installation perimeter.

• Remove existing chain link fence and install approximately 1400 linear feet of new chain link fence.

• Install a new 24' double gate.

• Materials to be provided by the contractor and must match existing fence in gauge, equipment, tools, hardware, height, top rail, line post, terminal post, post spacing, bracing, tension wire, and barbed wire.

• Fence height to be a minimum of 8 feet, including outriggers.

• Corner, end, and pull posts to be anchored in a minimum 12" wide by 36" deep concrete footing.

• Line posts to be anchored in a minimum 10" wide by 36" deep concrete footing.

• Fence to have a three-strand climb-resistant top to match existing fence.

• Double gate to be 24' wide with 1 7/8" framed pipe and 6 5/8" gate posts, galvanized steel, and meet UL 325 and ASTM F2200 standards.

• Work to be accomplished within 60 days of material arrival.

• Estimated delivery date of material required within 10 days of contract award.

• Installation progress to be provided to the Contracting Officer (CO) weekly.

• Contractor shall guarantee all material, workmanship, and labor from defects for 12 months from the date of acceptance.

• Location: Harris Road, Little Rock AFB, AR 72099.

• Completion: Within 60 calendar days of material arrival.

• Contractor shall coordinate with the Government Point of Contact for access to Little Rock AFB.

• Contractor shall inspect the work site and notify the agency of any conditions preventing suitable completion.

• Contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, codes, permits, DOD, AF, and base requirements.

• Contractor shall ensure policies and procedures protect safety and welfare.

• Contractor shall provide a contract manager and a Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

• Contractor personnel and vehicles must possess appropriate passes and identification for base entry.

• All work shall be accomplished in accordance with UFGS 32-31-13, UFC 4-022-03, and ASTM Standards for Fence Materials and Products.

• Disposal of waste is the contractor's responsibility, except for hazardous material.

• Contractor is subject to all installation fire, safety, security, and traffic regulations.
