The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Kansas City District has a need for Janitorial Services in support of Harry S. Truman Lake Project, Missouri, in the Operations Division of the Kansas City District. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies and materials (e.g. toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc.), supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that Janitorial services, as defined in the performance work statement (PWS) and elsewhere in the contract, are completed in a manner that will maintain the designated areas of the Harry S. Truman Dam and Reservoir Project Office and Visitor Center (including Comfort Station) near Warsaw, Missouri in a clean, sanitary condition, and grounds free of litter and debris. The Contractor shall maintain all facilities at each scheduled cleaning in accordance with the performance standards. The Contractor shall monitor performance and ensure compliance in accordance with the contract terms and conditions.
