Statement of Work (SOW)

To provide hatchery-reared rainbow trout for stocking recreational fishing lakes at the U.S. Air Force Academy (USAFA) and Farish Recreation Area.

• Deliverables: Approximately 9-11 inch, whirling disease negative rainbow trout.

• Locations: Four lakes on USAFA and three lakes at Farish Recreation Area (near Woodland Park, Colorado).

• Schedule: Deliveries are to occur at approximately 5-week intervals from April through September, as scheduled by USAFA Natural Resources.

• CLIN 0001 (USAFA): Five deliveries, up to 1,100 pounds each (totaling up to 5,500 pounds), divided among four USAFA lakes. Deliveries between April and September. Delivery is FOB destination.

• CLIN 0002 (Farish): Five deliveries, up to 900 pounds each (totaling up to 4,500 pounds), divided among three Farish lakes. Deliveries between May and September. Delivery is FOB destination.

• Quality Control: Contractor must develop and implement a quality control program to ensure fish meet contract requirements and prevent defective services.

• Quality Assurance: Government will monitor performance through on-site inspections at delivery. Contractor must provide a Fish Health Inspection Report from the hatchery of origin prior to delivery. Government will monitor fish length, quantity (by estimated weight or full weighing), and conformance to SOW requirements.

• Period: April through September, for the contract duration (implied by the document title referencing 2026-2029).

• Place: U.S. Air Force Academy and Farish Recreation Area, Colorado.
