- Provide 7 lay days of stable blocking or cradling, ensuring ample working space around the vessel.
- Provide US Coast Guard personnel with access to electrical outlets for corded power tools.
- Ensure the storage facility has a locking gate and allow US Coast Guard personnel after-hours access to the vessel for refinishing bottom paint and completing jet drive maintenance.
- Lower the vessel back into the water with a travel lift and two straps, assisting USCG personnel with watertight integrity checks and machinery testing.
