• Pull-out ramps, spare tire, LED lighting, integrated toolbox
• Bumper-pull configuration

Government Responsibilities: WRIIP will provide staff and trucks for receiving and inspection.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and services, prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6. It constitutes the only solicitation, and written solicitations will not be issued. The government is procuring hauling trailers for the BIA Walker River Indian Irrigation Project.

• Evaluation Factors: Offers will be evaluated based on Technical Capability (meeting specifications, towing limits, features), Past Performance (quality, reliability, timeliness, customer satisfaction), and Price (evaluated for reasonableness). A trade-off may be made if a higher-priced quote offers better technical capability or past performance.

• This requirement is set-aside 100% for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs).

This document is the "Indian Affairs Indian Economic Enterprise Representation Form." It serves as a self-certification for offerors to confirm they meet the definition of an "Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE)" as defined in the Department of the Interior Acquisition Regulation (DIAR) Part 1480, "Acquisitions Under the Buy Indian Act." This certification is required in accordance with 25 U.S.C. 47.
