Scope of Work

The requirement involves providing sufficient personnel to perform comprehensive aircraft maintenance support, including:

  • Inspections associated with DA Form 2408-18 intervals.
  • Aircraft repair and corrosion control.
  • Launch and recovery of aircraft for flight activities.
  • Disabled aircraft recovery support.
  • Work will be conducted in environments such as hangars, allied shops, aprons, wash racks, and flight lines.

Personnel Requirements

Contractor personnel must meet specific qualifications:

  • Program Manager: Minimum five (5) years of aviation management experience.
  • Mechanic Lead: Minimum three (3) years of aviation maintenance or aviation maintenance management experience.
  • Mechanic Technicians: Minimum two (2) years' experience on their assigned Mission Design Series (MDS) (e.g., CH-47F and H-60M).
  • All technicians must possess a working understanding of Army aviation logistics and maintenance platforms, specifically demonstrating proficiency in ordering Class IX aircraft parts utilizing the Aircraft Notebook (ACN).

Respondents must submit a plan for onboarding qualified personnel, detailing their methodology for sourcing candidates with required minimum qualifications, a timeline for onboarding within two weeks (14 days) of contract award, and how their firm mitigates the risk of staffing shortfalls or clearance delays during this transition phase.
