A mandatory pre-proposal site visit will be held on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 1000 HST at the DISA PAC - Data Center Hawaii, 477 Essex St. (Building 77), Ford Island, JBPHH, HI 96818. Companies are limited to two representatives, and a Visit Authorization Letter (VAL) is required. Base access must be coordinated. Remarks made during the site visit do not supersede written solicitation terms. Written questions arising from the visit are due by Monday, March 2, 2026, at 1600 CST.
