These maps are crucial for bidders to understand the precise geographical scope of the Haycamp Phase II project. Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This solicitation is for the Haycamp Mesa South Vegetation Management Project, specifically for an Environmental Assessment Class III Archaeological Resources Inventory in the San Juan National Forest, Dolores Ranger District. This requirement is restricted to the R2 Cultural Resources Survey's BPA and is a 100% Small Business Set-aside.

• Base Requirement (Item 0001): Cultural Resource Inventory Base Unit South.

• Optional Items (Items 0002-0006):

  • NRM Data Entry - Haycamp South
  • Cultural Resource Inventory - Optional Unit North
  • NRM Data Entry - Haycamp North Optional
  • Cultural Resource Inventory - Optional Unit East
  • NRM Data Entry - Haycamp East Optional

• Detailed requirements for these items are found in the Statement of Work.

• Period of Performance: 07/15/2026 to 05/01/2028.

• Quote Validity: Quotes must be good for 60 days.

• Submission Deadline: Quotes must be submitted by 06/12/2026 at 1700 ES.

• Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the offeror representing the best value to the Government. Each BPA call will be awarded based upon trade-off, best value. Price is approximately equal in weight to three technical evaluation criteria:

  1. Technical Capability and approach of Company & any Subcontractor(s).
  2. Past Performance (based on CPARS and direct knowledge).
  3. Experience (vendor must submit two examples of similar work).

• Key Personnel Requirements: Specific qualifications are outlined for Principal Investigator and Crew Chief, including degrees, experience, permits, and specific regional experience.

• General Requirements: Contractor is responsible for materials, equipment, and supplies. Government may provide computer access to USFS network. Contractor may need access to SHPO and NRM Forest Service Heritage databases. Training may be required.

• This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-aside.

• Restricted to the R2 Cultural Resources Survey's BPA.

• The document includes standard FAR clauses related to evaluation of options and increased quantity.

• Specific requirements not identified will be included in the Call Order.
