The pile's tip elevation is -30.8 feet below Mean Lower Low Water (MLLW). The primary objective is complete removal and disposal of the pile. If full removal (including the portion below the mudline) is not feasible, removal of the portion above the mudline and below -35.5' MLLW or deeper is acceptable. Work acceptance requires photo verification and government hydrographic surveys confirming clear depth. All operations, including underwater diving, must adhere to EM 385-1-1 (15 March 2024 Version) and all Federal, State, and local requirements.
