Scope of Work
The contractor shall perform analysis on government-provided wipe/swab samples for hazardous drug contamination. This includes providing quality analysis using accredited methodologies, disposing of unused samples, and supplying sampling media upon request. The analysis must adhere to stated turnaround times (15 calendar days for standard samples, 8 calendar days for high priority). The government will supply wipes and collect samples; the contractor's role is lab analysis only. Six specific hazardous drugs may be requested: 5-Fluorouracil, Methotrexate, Ifosfamide, Cyclophosphamide Monohydrate, Doxorubicin Hydrochloride, and Paclitaxel.
