Scope of Work
The contractor will provide labor, material, equipment, and transportation for the collection, transport, and analysis of hazardous waste (solid, liquid, gas) and wastewater samples from the 910th AW. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing specific analytical testing parameters for wastewater and hazardous waste as detailed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and pricing sheet.
- Adhering to Federal, State, and Local regulations, and specified EPA publications for analytical procedures and collection methods.
- Maintaining strict quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) procedures and chain-of-custody records.
- Ensuring Limits of Detection (LOD) are established and approved prior to sample submission.
- Sampling logistics involve "Will-Call" for newly identified waste streams, scheduled quarterly for Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant (IWTP) samples, and annually for Aerial Spray waste streams. Other waste streams require sampling every three years.
- Analyte lists are determined by sampling location and waste type, encompassing various metals, Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), Semi-Volatile Organic Compounds (SVOCs), pesticides, PCBs, and other parameters for NPDES permit compliance and annual Total Toxic Organic (TTO) sampling.
Key Requirements & Certifications
