Packaging must comply with DODMANUAL 4140.01, VOLUME 9, and MIL-STD 2073-1(series) or commercial ASTM D3951(series), with ISPM Publication No. 15 for wood packaging. Markings must include Vessel's Name/Hull Number, Requisition Number, and Purchase/Delivery Order Number. Shipments must be via fully traceable commercial freight.
