• Developing and annually revising a project plan.

• Delivering professional learning sessions on DoWEA’s Coaching Model.

• Providing role-specific PL and related resources for various instructional leaders (Executives, Regional CILs, Region/District ISS, School Leaders).

• Conducting facilitation preparation sessions.

• Developing competency assessments for differentiated support in Advanced sessions.

• Providing evaluation support and reporting.

• Offering technical support for digital resources.
