Through the Head Start Information and Communication Center (HSICC), the Office of Head Start (OHS) provides policy, guidance and technical assistance information to Head Start programs, prospective parents, and the general public. This requirement is for a communications center for the Office of Head Start, to include the management and enhancement of the Early Childhood Learning and Knowledge Center (ECLKC) website and OHS domains of the ACF website; resource sharing and promotion; management of the OHS contact center; and a news watch service.
