The selected contractor will provide a civilian military personnelist to support the Air Force Judge Advocate Field Operating Agency (AF/JA FOA) Commander's Support Staff. Key responsibilities include assisting with military personnel programs (assignments, promotions, awards, evaluations, separations), providing technical advice on active duty military personnel specialties, and managing entitlement actions. The personnelist will utilize systems such as MILPDS, AMS, and myFSS, and ensure data integrity.

The requirement is for one annual full-time equivalent (FTE) personnelist. Candidates must be U.S. Citizens, possess a High School Diploma (or GED), and hold a current, active Secret security clearance. A minimum of four years of military personnel experience is required. Services will be performed onsite at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland, during core hours of Monday-Friday, 0730-1630 Eastern Time. Performance standards include responding to customer inquiries within 72 hours and processing 85% of key actions within 15 business days.
