Scope of Work
The NIH CC requires Project Executive Consultant and Subject Matter Expert (SME) support for Healthcare Facility Design and IO&T Services to facilitate the beneficial occupancy of the new Surgery Radiology Laboratory Medicine (SRLM) Wing in Bethesda, MD. The consultant will:
- Evaluate and define requirements for a seamless transition.
- Develop recommendations for successful relocation of SRLM operations.
- Establish IO&T budgetary requirements and provide recommendations to CC leadership.
- Serve as the primary liaison to NIH construction management and various project teams.
