Scope of Work

The objective is to provide high-fidelity healthcare simulation experiences (HSE) for healthcare professionals. This includes:

  • Providing HSE, equipment, and supplies.
  • Conducting didactic education/overview training and tailored simulation experiences with debriefings.
  • Covering various scenarios, including Pediatric, Adult Acute, and Obstetrical Emergencies.
  • Supplying high-fidelity mannequins and props.
  • Monitoring, collecting, and analyzing simulation data, and providing reports with comparative analysis against national benchmarks.

Period & Place of Performance

  • Period: A base year plus four option years.
  • Locations: All twelve IHS areas: Alaska, Albuquerque, Bemidji, Billings, California, Great Plains, Nashville, Navajo, Oklahoma, Phoenix, Portland, and Tucson. Services will be delivered in outpatient ambulatory healthcare clinics and hospital settings.

Response Requirements

Interested ISBEEs must submit a capability statement (maximum five pages) that directly demonstrates their ability to perform the required work. Responses must include:

  • Company Name, Socioeconomic Status, SAM UEI, POC, DUNS, CAGE Code, Tax ID, and GSA Schedule/procurement vehicle.
  • Proof of SAM registration status.
  • The attached Indian Health Service Buy Indian Act Indian Economic Enterprise Representation Form.
