Scope of Work

- Direct onsite instruction (once a month, total 20 days over the year).
- Provision and maintenance of appropriate equipment, materials, and adaptations.
- Logging and maintenance of all student services.
- Consultation with staff on classroom/school physical adaptations and audiological matters.
- Staff and/or parent training.
- Development of suggested goals and objectives for student IEPs.
- Writing and delivery of student progress reports.
- Assessment services for initial and reevaluation of student eligibility, including comprehensive test results and evaluation summary reports.
- Attendance at Multi-disciplinary Evaluation Team (MET) meetings.
- Contractor must provide their own testing materials.
- Additional 20 hours for evaluation and reporting preparation.
