Scope of Work
This is a competitive repair requirement to return the specified Heat Exchanger to a Ready For Issue (RFI) condition. Contractors must provide FAA-Certified parts with an FAA Authorized Release Certificate (FAA Form 8130-3) from certified repair stations (14 CFR Part 14). The scope includes inspection, component repair and replacement, reassembly, and testing. Key requirements include:
- Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT): 65 days after receipt of asset.
