Scope of Work
This solicitation seeks two (2) THERMATRON 15KW RF Heat Sealing Systems (Part No. F15-25). These systems are required as direct replacements for existing OEM units that are critical for production work at NASNI and must be compatible in form, fit, and function with units currently in use at PSNS Bremerton. Key deliverables include:
- Two (2) THERMATRON 15KW RF Heat Sealing Systems.
- Crating.
- On-site commissioning service.
- NRTL Certification by the manufacturer.

Submission Requirements
To be considered responsive, quotes must be submitted electronically via the SAM website or by email/fax to jack.edwards@dla.mil. Submissions must include:
- Completed solicitation packet, with Box 17A filled and Page 1, Boxes 30 a, b, and c signed.
- CAGE code.
- Quote for FOB Destination Bremerton, WA.
- Annotated lead time.
- Manufacturer name and country of manufacturing.
- Compliance with DFARS 252.211-7003 (Item Identification and Valuation).
- Check applicable boxes in Clause 52.204-24 (2)(d) (1) and (2).
Eligibility & Notes
This acquisition is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside.
- NIST SP 800-171: Contractors (awardees) are required to have a current assessment (not more than 3 years old) as detailed in DFARS 252.204-7019, unless the items are Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS). COTS items are exempt but must be identified to the contracting officer during the solicitation period.
