Reeason for change is to add salient characteristics to Solicitation adding the following: all-electric, hot water, power washer systems with dual hose reels for each system. System shall meet all applicable OSHA standards and regulations. b. Elimination of pinch points is to be considered during design. Guards and plaques will be added where needed. c.
