Scope of Work
The USAF TPS requires full-motion, Level-D simulators for both Boeing Wide-Body (>300,000lbs MTOW) and Airbus Wide-Body (>300,000lbs MTOW) aircraft. Both simulators must be co-located to facilitate side-by-side comparisons by students and faculty. While newest models are highly desired, narrow-body simulators may be considered if wide-body options are unavailable. Services include support for staff evaluation, qualitative evaluation flights, and Test Management Projects (TMPs).
Required maneuvers and evaluations cover general flying, handling qualities, takeoff performance (e.g., engine-out, low RCR), takeoff speed development, flight control system evaluation (normal/degraded), stall characteristics, envelope protection, warning systems, landing performance (e.g., engine-out, low/zero visibility), aircraft automation, flight management systems, and electronic checklist integration. Additional training in historical airline crashes and emergencies is also required.

Submission Requirements
Interested parties must submit a capability statement detailing their ability to provide these services, including experience on similar government or commercial contracts.
