Scope of Work

- Evaluation Criteria: Award will be based on Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Price. Technical Capability and Past Performance are significantly more important than Price. Technical Capability includes Responsiveness and Repair Support, Technical/Management Capability, and Prior Experience.
- Offerors must provide pricing for Sample Delivery Order 1 and/or Seed Delivery Order 2.
