Statement of Work (SOW)

To procure rental equipment for the 823d RED HORSE Squadron operating at Mountain Home Air Force Base (MHAFB), ID.

• Delivery of 11 pieces of specified heavy equipment to MHAFB.
• Equipment includes excavators, water trucks, dump trucks, loaders, backhoes, mini excavators, skid steers, rollers, and various lifts.
• Contractor is responsible for transporting equipment to the job site.
• Equipment must meet manufacturer, OSHA, and DOT requirements.
• Contractor to provide Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) replacements and refills.

April 15, 2026, to August 30, 2026.

• Equipment delivery during standard business hours (Monday-Friday, 6 AM - 6 PM).
• Minimum 48 hours' notice required for delivery coordination with the 823 RHS Project Engineer.
• Contractor responsible for cleanup of any debris, trash, or spills caused by their operations.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ
