Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, supervision, management, supplies, tools, equipment, parts, materials, transportation, shipping, delivery, and other necessary items and services for the rental and lease of heavy construction equipment. All work must comply with the Statement of Work (SOW), applicable federal, state, and local laws, manufacturer's specifications, and commercial practices.

Period & Place of Performance
Equipment must be delivered ready for use no later than April 1, 2026. The rental/use period is between April 1, 2026, and August 1, 2026, at Mountain Home AFB, ID.
Special Requirements
- Field Service: Contractor is responsible for preventative maintenance and repairs, with a 48-hour response time for repairs and 24-hour replacement if repair is not possible.
