Scope of Work

The selected vendor will provide comprehensive insurance for specific helicopter models (by serial number and registration), configured for up to 10 passengers and 2 pilots (standard 6 passengers, 1 crew chief, 2 pilots). Required insurance types include Seat, Group, and Personal Accident.

Key coverage requirements:

  • Personal Accidents (Passenger/Crew): US $100,000.00 per person.
  • Third Party Liability: US $10,000,000.00 per event.
