Requirement & Scope

Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE) requires comprehensive maintenance and service for two HP Multi-Jet Fusion (MJF) 4200 3D printers, including their build units and processing stations. These printers are critical for manufacturing aircraft components. The contractor will provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and qualified personnel for annual comprehensive system maintenance and technical support. Key services include:

  • OEM certified maintenance and repair.
  • Installation of critical hardware modifications and software updates.
  • Onsite hardware support and repair services within three business days.
  • Unlimited technical customer support via phone/email (response within one business day).
  • Provision of standard annual maintenance kits and overnight shipment of replacement parts.
  • One basic operator training course per year. Personnel must be OEM certified HP MJF Field Service Representatives (FSRs) and comply with FRCSE security protocols.

Anticipated Contract Details

The Government anticipates a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a period of performance of one base year and four 12-month option years. The current intention is to award this on a sole source basis to TPM of Charlotte Inc. (CAGE 8C2L3), citing FAR 6.103-5(b)(2) for brand-name commercial product resale. This requirement is a follow-on to Contract N6852024P0083, awarded to TPM of Charllotte LLC on August 7, 2024.

Capability Statement Requirements
