This requirement is for removal of Hexavalent Chromium from various work offices (annotated on attached diagram and within the PWS) in an aircraft hanger, located at the 193rd Special Operations Wing, Middletown, PA. Please see attached Solicitation including the Performance Work Statement, which outlines our requirement. Please provide a capabilities statement, outlining your ability to fulfill this requirement and a separate pricing sheet, in PDF Format. PLEASE NOTE: ALL solicitations must be solicited via the PIEE solicitation module. Any quotes received outside of the PIEE Solicitation Module may not be considered. Lastly, please make note of the solicitation closing date in the PIEE solicitation module, as the system will not allow for late submissions. Deadline for Questions is 20 December 2024 by 12:00pm EST. Questions submitted after this date/time, may not be reviewed. Please not that quotes submitted shall be valid for a period of time not less than 90 days from solicitation closing date. A site visit is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 18 December 2024 at 10:00AM. The location will be 75 Mustang Alley Middletown, PA 17057. All contractors shall sign in at the site visit. There will be a short explanation of the project and interested contractors will be able to view the areas requiring removal of Hexavalent Chromium. **Contractors shall have appropriate equipment, if you wish to enter the areas requiring Hexavalent Chromium removal.** If you plan to attend the site visit, you shall submit the following information to TSgt Trenton Johnson (trenton.johnson.2@us.af.mil) and MSgt Aaron Snow (aaron.snow.2@us.af.mil) via email no later than 1 days prior to the visit (17 December 2024 by 2:00pm). Contractors shall provide the following information in your email: Name, Company, date of arrival and arrival time. Please be advised that you must also review and adhere to all directives outlined in the attached Contractor Security Brief.
