The contractor shall provide 10 commercially-off-the-shelf (COTS) or modified COTS HF E-Field Meters. This includes fabricating one First Article Test (FAT) unit, followed by nine production units after FAT approval. An option for 10 additional units is also included. The requirement involves Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) for SMP3 portable meter modification, user display menu modification, SMP reader software modification, and 30MHz isotropic probe modification. The contractor must also provide onsite training, technical documentation (CDRL A001), and data deliverables (CDRL A001, A002).
