Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Hassayampa Field Office (HFO) requires janitorial maintenance services for eight (8) of its recreational sites located within the HFO area of responsibility.

Services include cleaning, disinfecting, trash removal, and restocking consumables for eight vault toilet buildings across various recreation sites in Maricopa and Yavapai counties. The sites include:

• Big Bug Trail Head
• Silver Creek
• Table Mesa, Little Pan Staging Area
• Badger Springs Trailhead
• Church Camp Road Recreational Shooting Site
• Boulders OHV Staging Area

Specific tasks include:

• Cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces (floors, walls, ledges, windows, toilet seats, risers, grab bars) using germicidal detergent to CDC standards.

• Collecting, removing, and legally disposing of all trash from the area surrounding the vault toilet buildings.
