Scope of Work

Offerors may propose for one, several, or all staffing categories. The resulting IDIQ contracts will establish awarded staffing categories, fixed fully burdened hourly rates, ordering procedures, and contract administration requirements. Each category is governed by a Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Multiple-award fixed-price IDIQ.
- Ordering Period: Five years from the effective date of award.
- Task Order Period: Not to exceed one year per task order.
- Minimum Guarantee: $5,000 per IDIQ awardee.
- Aggregate Maximum: $9,000,000 shared across all IDIQ contracts.
Eligibility & Set-Aside
This acquisition is exclusively set aside under the Buy Indian Act for eligible Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs). Offerors must submit a completed HHS-326, Indian Economic Enterprise Representation Form, and meet eligibility requirements at the time of quote submission, award, and throughout contract performance.
Submission & Evaluation
Quotes must be submitted electronically in accordance with the RFQ instructions by the due date. Submissions require four volumes: Administrative/Eligibility, Technical, Past Performance, and Price. Evaluation factors include:
