Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide services for chemical latrines, gray water removal, handwash stations, and roll-off dumpsters at the Pinon Canyon Maneuver Site, Colorado.

• Service and clean chemical latrines, including removing trash, spraying interior with clean water, removing "black water," and replacing with deodorizing "blue" water.

• Provide and replace toilet paper as needed.

• Provide and prepare 16 chemical latrines and 8 handwashing stations.

• Provide 3 10-yard roll-off dumpsters.

• Remove gray water (approximately 275 gallons).

• Pump dry latrines and remove handwashing stations and dumpsters at the end of the period of performance.

• Service must meet or exceed contract requirements.

• Quality of service must meet the industry standard 95% of the time.

• Contractor staff must meet standards for professionalism and respectfulness.

• QASP evaluation ratings range from Exceptional to Unsatisfactory.

• Contractor personnel shall be available on June 2, 2026, between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM MST.

• Adherence to installation security policies is required.

• An interpreter must be provided if English is not the primary language of the workers.

• The US Government will not provide any equipment, food, personnel, or facilities.
