• Site Access: Driveways, walkways, and entrances must be kept clear. Waste removal must avoid entry door areas.

• Submittals: Contractor must submit progress schedules within 5 days of Notice to Proceed. Product data and shop drawings for roofing materials (shingles, drip edge, ice & water shield, underlayment) require COR approval prior to material purchase. Allow 10 calendar days for government processing of submittals.

• Utilities: Water and electric power are available from the Owner's existing system. Contractor to provide connections and extensions.

• Waste Disposal: Provide adequate waste-collection containers and comply with jurisdictional regulations. Provide COR with copies of all landfill load receipts.

• Repairs: Inform COR of any areas needing repair as they are uncovered.

• Building Occupancy: Owner will occupy portions of the building adjacent to the work area. Construction activities must not disrupt Owner's operations.

• Nonsmoking: Smoking is not permitted within the building or within 25 feet of entrances, operable windows, or outdoor-air intakes.
