• This requirement is set-aside 100% for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs).

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To procure and install a lockable, high-density file storage system for the Uintah and Ouray Agency's Minerals Branch to manage records effectively and securely.

• Delivery and installation of a complete, functional high-density file storage system, including all necessary materials, hardware, and components.

• Removal of existing materials as needed.

• Installation of leveling materials, base and rail components.

• Assembly of a lockable storage unit with a secure panel preventing unauthorized access.

• Trolley and locking mechanism for the unit.

• Assembly at a specified location along the west wall of the Minerals office.

• Grout requirements for rails: no shrinkage, maximum expansion of 0.002 inches per linear inch, and compressive strength of 4,500 psi at 1 hour and 8,000 psi at 7 days.

• Installation tolerances for rails (grouting and shimming) are specified.

• Ramp slopes must not exceed 1:12 for ADA accessible ramps and 9-degree slope for other ramps.

• Location: Minerals office at U&O Agency, Ft. Duchesne, Utah.
