Scope of Work
This opportunity requires the delivery of two High-Mobility Firefighting Water Tankers that must strictly adhere to the mandatory technical specifications detailed in Attachment I. Key requirements include:
- Chassis and Drivetrain: 4x4 with single tires, manual transmission, Euro 3 diesel engine (minimum 270 hp), 150L fuel tank, 15,000 kg gross weight, all-wheel drive with locking differentials, designed for rough terrain, ABS/EBS braking, anti-corrosion chassis, and off-road tires.
- Vehicle Dimensions & Off-Road Capability: Specific limits on length, width, height, approach angle, fording depth, and ground clearance.
- Cab and Crew Compartment: Four-door, single-module cab seating 6, EN 1846-2 and ECE R29 compliant, with heating/AC, electric windows, protective metal frame, and interior lighting.
- Apparatus Body: Minimum 4,000-liter AISI 316 stainless steel water tank with baffles and indicators, and a minimum 120-liter stainless steel foam tank with a proportioning system.
- Pump System: Two-stage pump (normal and high-pressure) compliant with EN 1028, specific performance metrics, four discharge outlets with Storz couplings, and required gauges.
- Equipment: Includes 50m hose reels, a 5,000 kg winch, lighting tower, multiple storage compartments, and additional required equipment like a deck gun and rear-view camera.
