Scope of Work
This requirement involves the comprehensive 18,000-hour maintenance overhaul of two Dresser-Rand, Model N20NL-11C HPACs. Key tasks include:
- Shop Overhaul: Draining liquids, removing/replacing crossheads, connecting rod crankpin bearing shells, crankshaft, and main bearings.
- Cleaning & Inspection: Thorough cleaning of parts, inspection and measurement of critical dimensions, cleaning/inspecting oil pump and piston rod oil wiper assemblies.
- System Overhaul: Overhauling the freshwater pump, cleaning the cooling water system, hydrostatic testing, and refurbishing the manual condensate drain manifold, drain line check valves, and unloading valve/pilot valve.
- Upgrades: Performing an electrical and condensate drain system upgrade due to obsolete equipment.
