Statement of Work (SOW)

To procure the delivery, installation, performance verification, and training for a High-Pressure Air Compressor for the 76th CMXG at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma.

• Provide one (1) High-Pressure Air Compressor (Typhoon Series, WP3100 - 24/7 Continuous Duty Compressor or similar).

• Deliver, move, and install the compressor at the specified location.

• Provide and install necessary electrical equipment to connect to the existing electrical disconnect switch.

• Provide and install necessary piping equipment to connect to existing high-pressure air system, cooling water supply and return lines, and drain lines.

• Perform startup and commissioning of the compressor.

• Provide basic on-site training for operation and maintenance.

• Compressor must be rated for continuous duty.

• Must provide a minimum of 110 SCFM free air supply at 750 to 1000 PSI.

• Must be configurable to regulate at 750 PSI output pressure.

• Must operate using 460 VAC 3 phase 60 Hz electrical power.

• Must be water-cooled and compatible with the existing chilled water system.

• Dimensions must not exceed 60" wide by 108" long by 72" height.

• Must weigh less than 6,000 pounds.

• Controller must be capable of communicating via Modbus TCP and supply a list of registers.

• Must include a lifetime warranty.

• Contractor must be a distributor of parts and factory repair certified for the compressor system.

• Delivery, installation, performance verification, and training to be accomplished within 10 business days of delivery.

• Installation at Tinker Air Force Base, OK 73145.

• Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and instructions regarding environmental protection and occupational safety and health.

• Adherence to Tinker Air Force Base (TAFB) Supplement to AFI 32-7086, "Hazardous Materials Management", and other relevant TAFB procedures.

• Contractor must provide certification regarding HAZMAT usage and/or Hazardous Waste Generation.

• Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and labeling requirements must be followed.

• Procedures for spills and discharges must be adhered to.

• Environmental training is required for personnel.

• Foreign Object Damage (FOD) and Dropped Object Prevention training is required.

• Compliance with directives for Privately Owned Vehicles (POV), Visitors Pass, Foreign Nationals, and Safety and Health on Government Installations.

• Combating Trafficking in Persons requirements must be followed.

• Contractor personnel must follow emergency procedures and participate in drills.

• The existing high-pressure compressor is 50 years old.

• Work hours are generally Monday through Friday, 6:00 am - 1:00 pm, with Government approval required for deviations.
