Scope of Work

Evaluation
Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government, considering price, past performance (evaluated using SPRS), and other factors (meeting salient characteristics, specifications, deliverables, or performance requirements). Unacceptable quotations will be eliminated, and remaining quotes will be ranked by price. A comparative assessment of the lowest two quotes will be conducted if more than two are received.
